Return Policy

Midnight Moon Decals has a 30 day return policy. This means that from the date you receive your order, you have 30 days to contact us for a return of any faulty/damaged products.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, or invoice/order number.

 

If a product you purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (that is, the product is faulty, damaged, not fit for its intended purpose, or is not the product you purchased) you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

In this case, we will bear any costs of shipping said product back to us, as well as any costs of shipping any replacement product to you.

 

To lodge a return, first email us at midnightmoondecals@gmail.com with your order/invoice number and any details of the faulty/damaged item you wish to return, as well as any photos of the damage/fault if possible.

 

We will notify you if you are required to return the item, and if so, you will be issued a return label.

 

In the event that we organise and pay for the inspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection of a Returned Product, and it turns out not to be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law), then you will be required to pay the costs of any inspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection of the Returned Product.

 

Unfortunately, Midnight Moon does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

Due to the nature of the product, custom orders are not eligible for return or refund. However, if the custom product you receive is faulty and/or damaged, you can contact us at midnightmoondecals@gmail.com and a replacement can be organised, pending assessment

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
