☆ When will I receive my order? I aim to post all orders out within 1 week of placement, however vinyl cut decals can be delayed up to 2 weeks during extra busy periods, all die cuts and accessories should be posted within 48 hours, unless specified.
☆ How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, often times starting on your order the same day you placed it so unfortunately, once you have placed your order you cannot make any changes
☆ How do I make sure I order the correct size? For apparel please see sizing charts on each listing, and for stickers and accessories please use a ruler for measurements
☆ Do you make custom stickers? I can still do all kinds of custom vinyl cut decals whether it be just a different colour of an existing design I offer, a banner, brake caliper decals, business decals or bulk decals, please see the Custom Orders page for details

☆What is Midnight Moon doing to help the environment? Almost all of our packaging and mailing supplies are bio degradable or recycled, even including tape and postage labels.
☆ Why am I being charged shipping twice when I add both Midnight Moon and Anarchy Auto Care Products to my cart? Anarchy Auto Care products ship directly from their warehouse, while the Midnight Moon products will ship from us, so you will get two packages, hence the two postage costs.
